Stage parents run amok in ‘I Know My Kid’s a Star’
unclear on the concept, moms and dads fight kids for the shine. there’s no denying that rocky demarco is a tragic beauty, and there’s no denying that it takes equal to raise one. on vh1’s “i understand my kid’s a star” (10 p.m. thursdays), rocky was, until her elimination, the parent who had seen too much. a any time model-actress-stuntwoman with highlights and interval-on pieces in her tresses, tight shirts, short skirts and a genus of distressed cowboy hats, she cut a striking figure. and she knew it.
